China is cheap! BUT there is not the same attitude to customer service and so forth. A different culture and only in the last few years open for free trade, still basically communist of course. I wonder how many sellers think that 'we' are really rich when we send off 'big' orders of a few dies.

I've had a few problems recently with dies from China. I ordered lots so I suppose it is to be expected.
I've had 2faulty dies, wouldn't cut.  1 wrong die sent.    2        dies missing from packages, 2 orders. Both at I need to wait longer , although rest of order received.
What I thought a cheek  was that with the faulty dies I sent photos showing poor cuts and had problems getting refunds.  Ended up getting less than I paid. Trouble is I'd already left  good feedback, saying received quickly. Now I won't leave feedback until I've tried them all out.

Well done! The thing that gets me though........ 3 all in? It has just cost me 2 to send a birthday card to Australia. I know the Chinese stuff comes in containers to be posted here, but even an ordinary letter costs about 50p. OK, that will arrive in a day or two 2nd class while we wait a couple of weeks or so for our Chinese items, but all the same..............
