I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this. Has anyone made these please and can I ask did you use DST  or glue gun the hold them together. You know the sort of thing I mean Kit Kat on the bottom candy canes, mini chocolate bar etc. Thank you.

I made some a number of years ago but don't remember using anything to hold them together except a ribbon. I would have thought either DST or glue gun would work, which ever is your preference.

Thank you Christine. I would prefer to use DST as I threw my glue gun out but I'm not sure tape would be secure enough.

I'm sure a HOT glue gun works the best, but mine melts my fingers, does the choccy get melted and end up mis-shapen?

I made one yesterday using strong DST the one with the red backing. It's still stuck today so looks like I might be ok.
I haven't used a glue gun much and as I said I threw mine out, can't remember why now. I don't really want to go out and buy a new one just for these.
